2. I cannot prove my income, what can you do?

We have a few ways to look at this problem and dependant upon your circumstances we are confident that finance can be arranged usually with you needing to provide minimal paperwork.

3. What about Interest Only and fixed rates?

Both of these are available to help you keep your costs low and help you budget your payments.

4. How long will it take?

You can usually complete the transaction around 2 weeks after the valuation. We will always try to work to your timescales.
